We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Shipping and Delivery:
We ship thr0ughout the European Union. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you have ordered. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers.
Returns and Refunds:
As we are offering living products we are not able to accept returns, the products will be dead on arrival when they are shipped back to our warehouse. In case there is something broken or wrong with your purchase product, we are more than happy to help you and will send you a new product.
